The Programme

Recharge - Rehabilitation for Change, Acceptance, Growth and Energy.

  • An intensive 3 week inpatient Pain Management/Rehabilitation Program running from Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 4.30 pm.

You are not alone...

Programme content depends on your needs

And they are all programmes are aimed at helping you regain control and management of your life.
It's the same holistic approach to healthcare we've taken for 75 years - combining Physiotherapy, Spa treatments, Occupational therapy, Gym and fitness, Psychology and Rheumatology when applicable.
Education is a focus
A class of 5 people sits with one of our team to learn about the condition they live with. When a condition is understood it is easier to deal with.
Knowledge is power
Enabling you to understand your condition is part of rehabilitation. We strip away myths and focus you on the condition and the best ways to cope with it.
You'll stay with us on-site and attend treatments from Monday (arriving Sunday evening) to Friday, depending on your programme.
Using our recreational hall or occupational facilities, we encourage you to mingle, relax and socialize.
Whether over hobbies, the pool table or bowls, patients can get to know one another swap stories, and develop friendships.
Others at QE Health are going through similar experiences. Get to mingle, talk about things and relax after a busy day.
