If you are attending our gym after hours, please use our staff carpark located behind our building.

Yes. We have wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and ramp access to all areas, including our pools.

We take a personalised approach to massage treatments, which means we’ll assess your requirements and design a treatment specifically to suit your needs.

Please use our appointment request form or call us on 07 343 1665 to book a 15-minute consultation with a therapist who will help choose the best treatment for you.

You can walk in off the street to book an appointment, but it is unlikely you will be able to be seen the same day.

Please arrive 10 minutes before all appointments.

No, the Rachel Pool is only accessible to pool or gym members or those who are having a clinical treatment at QE Health.

You can request a consultation via our appointment request form and we will come back to you to arrange an appointment time.

Yes, a cancellation fee may apply if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment time.
