Transport
Shuttles
The St John Health Shuttle transports people for free to and from appointments at QE Health. This door to door service operates in Rotorua and Taupō and there are no age restrictions.

Parking
If you have an appointment during the day, please use our carpark located between QE Heath and Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa. If you are attending our gym after hours, please use our staff carpark located behind our building.
Mobility Access
We have wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and ramp access to all areas, including our pools.
Accommodation
Recover, relax and recharge
Our onsite accommodation offers a peaceful place to recover, relax and recharge.
We have 13 comfortable and modern rooms for clients who are enrolled in one of our programmes to stay in. Each has their own balcony and ensuite allowing you to relax and recharge in your own space.

Payments
As from 1st July
We will not be accepting cash, however you can pay by Eftpos or Credit Card.
